1. All new Business Listings between August 15, 2001 and December 1, 2001 will be automatically entered.
Only one (1) entry per Business Listing will be permitted.
2. A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded. Taxes & setup fees not included. Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash equivalent and is not transferable or refundable. Prizes will be applied/credited to the following year if a duplicate of existing service. 3. To be eligible, orders must be received on or before 11:59pm (EST) on the contest closing date of December 1st, 2001. 4. The winners will be selected by a random draw from amongst all eligible entries received. The draw will be held at 705netguide.com's office on December 1, 2001. The selected winners will be notified by phone or e-mail within seven (7) days of the draw. In the event that the selected winners do not comply with these contest rules and regulations, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, an alternate winner(s) will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. No contact or correspondence regarding the contest will be entered into except with the selected winners. Each selected winner will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded. The odds of winning are solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. 5. By entering this contest, the winners agree to be governed by these rules and, if requested, agrees to have their name, photo and city of residence used without compensation for advertising purposes. 6. This contest is open to all businesses listed in the Business Listing Section of the 705netguide.com. 7. This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.
